Studio Team
Hi! We are Joana and Mila and we will be your Bulgarian language teachers! We have over 15 years of experience teaching languages and developing materials for students, that are not only educational, but also fun and intuitive to use. We love working together with people and we try to encourage cooperation, communication and interaction in our classes, so that people will not only learn, but also have the chance to create new meaningful connections.
But here is some more information about the girls:
Mila is an excellent teacher and a doctor in Applied Linguistics! She has studied many languages such as Portuguese, French, English and Spanish, so she knows all the tricks to help you learn and enjoy it.
Joana has been working as a teacher for many years, she has experience will various age groups form toddlers to adults. She has been working as a teacher trainer and group leader for many years and have trained many successful and inspiring language teachers. She loves to create games and quests for her students, so you will always find a fun challenge in her class. Joana is also an assistant psychodramatist, so she will add this extra sense of reality to many of her classes.

We help teachers in the Bulgarian State school system provide linguistic support in their classrooms to kids with a different mother tongue by training them in the amazing program created by Educart.

How do we teach Bulgarian language?
The years of learning and experience have showed us that each student is unique in his/her needs and learning style. This of course makes the group setting a very dynamic situation that needs a great variety of techniques and input methods in order to accommodate the needs and natural tendencies all of its participants. This is our expertise - we love working with groups and have developed hundreds of fun protocols and tricks to help people learn Bulgarian. We do our best to guide you through the journey of language learning and to make each step meaningful and unforgettable.
The academic backgroud that we have (second language acquisition methodology, applied linguistics, psychodrama and art therapy) supports our teaching and guarantees professional approach and adequate approach to group dynamics.
We also work with different partners and we always search for new ways to enrich our teaching styles, to update our knowledge and to offer not only language classes but also meaningful experiences.
