There are several textbooks released by the universities and older, rarer self-study booklets that a few lucky fellows possess, however most of what is out there is quite difficult to use for a good self study routine and what is more, it is quite hard to find. That's why we will list a couple of free resources you can use in your quest to learn, that will hopefully prove helpful.
